Ford Mustang Cobra Build up

Well we have been working on one our long time customers 2004 Ford Mustang Cobra. This has been a fun project with a lot of cool upgrades. The car started off as your basic Ford Mustang Cobra. We have since put in one of our Razors Edge Performance Short Blocks with Forged Connecting Rods and Pistons, we have added a set Comp Cam 4V Cams, Fidanza Adjustable Cam Sprockets for dialing in cam timing. We topped it off with a Whipple Supercharger and a Razors Edge Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake.

One of the things we needed to address was the Fuel System. Since we know this car is going to make 650-700hp we went to a return-style fuels system. Using braided steel lines and a Aeromotive fuel pump, andl sumped the stock tank.

As far as the chassis goes, we couldnt leave that stock either. We first started with a Solid Axle converstion. We welded the axle tubes and added Ford Racing 3:73 gears. We replaced all 4 suspension springs with Steeda Autosports Competition units for a better handling car. We also used Steeda's Double Adjustable Upper Control Arms and Alumimum Lower Control Arms.

Dodge LX Platform

As many of you know we have embraced the LX platform and we will continue to develope parts and packages for the Dodge , Charger, Magnum and Chrysler 300.

Chassis Matrix Braces ( connects the front subframe to the rear of the car)

Front Shock Tower Brace (connects both shock towers together & replaces stock crossbar)

Rear Shock Tower Brace 4 point ( connects the rear shock towers together & lower rear seat)

Rear Shock Tower Brace 2 Point ( connects the rear shock towers together only)

Adjustable Swaybar Endlinks Front ( Corrects the front swaybar endlink when cars are lowered and can be preloaded to add more bar / corner weight it)

Adjustable Swaybar Endlinks Rear ( Corrects the rear swaybar endlinks when car is lowered and can be preloaded to add more bar / corner weight it)
